Full-Time Public Sector Customer Workflow Sr Solution Sales Executive

Solution Sales Manager will oversee market success of ServiceNow's products built on Service Management platform, creating a single source of truth for enterprise processes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support territory strategy and planning for vertical agreements, account targeting, and execution.
• Provide input to Account Executives (AEs) during account planning based on territory strategy.
• Ensure recommendations align with Now Value principles.
• Support customers in envisioning digital transformation and developing strategies in partnership with the account team, customers, and partners.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on specialty solution areas to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Customize responsibility allocation based on territory and account needs, and celebrate successes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

• Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
• 7+ years' knowledge of return on investment of specialty solutions.
• Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
• Understanding of business sales processes.

Required Experience: 30-50%
