Job Details

Brightspeed is seeking a Regional Channel Manager to expand, manage, and optimize the company's local sales channels (Agents, D2D, Retail, Events, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales performance and compliance within assigned region.
  • Improve sales channel management, assisting with D2D and national partner channel implementation.
  • Identify partnerships and conduct market analysis for increased sales volume.
  • Diversify revenue streams and increase market share.
  • Monitor and support partner performance, providing regular reports.
  • Ensure efficient sales team operations for improved performance.
  • Foster and maintain key partner relationships.
  • Support big box retailer partnerships.
  • Manage authorized sales agents, optimizing sales and adhering to strategies.
  • Develop affinity/affiliate programs.
  • Implement incentive programs for partners.
  • Develop and monitor Realtor Rewards programs.
  • Coordinate events, supporting community leaders.
  • Liaise with Direct Door-to-Door Sales, Local Presence Centers, and dealers for event presence.
  • Assist in delivering sales training for external partners.
  • Support door-to-door sales and go-to-market plans.
  • Manage and update leads/CRM database.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve escalations.
  • Review and submit commission files (accuracy & budget alignment).
  • Conduct order audits and call calibrations.
  • Analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales partners for optimization (weekly meetings).
  • Assist with daily channel management and partner onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • 2-5 years managing sales teams
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and initiative-driven
  • Experience managing 3rd party sales partners
  • Experience selling residential telecommunications solutions
  • Travel up to 25-30%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
