This role involves leading and growing sales efforts within a designated region.
Qualifications:
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of 10+ Business Development Representatives to exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
- Identify strategic opportunities for new business and expansion within existing accounts, ensuring strong service margins and client satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales talent, fostering a high-performing, motivated sales team.
- Lead your team in executing MultiPro’s go-to-market sales strategy for services.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage team activity, ensuring all sales efforts align with company objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with executive-level clients.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new business, maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry challenges.
- Provide leadership with data-driven performance insights, forecasting sales outcomes, and driving strategic decisions.
- Represent MultiPro at industry events to build brand presence and foster partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, coaching and motivating a sales team to exceed targets.
- 10+ years in B2B outside sales, with significant experience in the services or multifamily housing industry preferred.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
- Ability to use performance data to drive decisions and continuously improve sales strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel within the designated region.
