IDIQ offers premier services in Voluntary Employee Benefits and is looking to expand in multiple US regions. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new regions, building and securing B2B relationships and increasing IDIQ awareness in Employee Benefits. The Regional Sales Manager will build long-term relationships with brokers and employers to expand the distribution of IDIQ's Voluntary Employee Benefit products and services.
- Develop, secure, and maintain Key Employer and Broker Relationships in a new region.
- Build the IDIQ Employee Benefits Brand – maintain a strong, visible presence.
- Generate, nurture and close Employee Benefit leads.
- Achieve targeted KPI's and results.
- Attend trade shows and professionally network/present.
- Use a sales CRM.
- Develop a market strategy and plan.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Deliver Zoom/Teams meetings with a consultative approach.
- Work with internal stakeholders.
- Travel to meet clients/attend meetings.
- Flexibility to attend open enrollments and benefit fairs.
- Produce results that consistently exceed growth objectives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Employment Benefit Sales experience.
- At least 10 years of sales experience.
- Works collaboratively with team members.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Position Details: Full-time, salaried (40+ hours/week). Pay range: $95,000 - $125,000 (commission eligible). Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, holidays, unlimited PTO, 401k.
