Job Details
This position provides leadership to the service team across the defined region. The focus is to execute the business plan to improve client service delivery. This role aims to drive future growth and align with the market.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Field Service team within your region.
- Service Call effectiveness and productivity.
- Planned Maintenance effectiveness and productivity.
- Field Service Engineer productivity, location, time management and stock management.
- Identify team skill levels and training requirements.
- Field Health and Safety training and audits.
- Ensure revenue stream maximisation.
- Regular key customer contact.
- Review team activity reports and financial reports.
- Evaluate performance of team for meeting and driving goals and objectives.
- Work within the STL GB matrix organisation.
- OOH Escalation as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience within the Security industry.
- Ideally, having previous experience leading a field-based team.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Thorough business understanding.
- Leadership and competency development skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the customer needs in the region.
- Knowledge of appropriate national standards and regulations.
- Commercial Acumen.
