Full-Time Regional Manager - Spec ER & Urgent Care

Leadership and Management: Oversees and leads practice managers at each hospital. Works directly with practice managers on operations (staffing, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, training, HR).

Key Resource: Partner to the managing veterinarian, building strong relationships and incorporating their feedback and goals.

Financial Management: Collaborates with the VP of Operations to review financial reports, develop strategies for each practice, and review non-financial reports (inventory, scheduling).

Post-Acquisition Integration: Responsible for post-acquisition integration of newly acquired clinics.

Travel Requirements: Expected to travel to practices 4 days per week, with 1 office day. Occasional late nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication, team-building, and leadership skills
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
• 3+ years managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in veterinary industry
• Experience in veterinary specialty, emergency, and/or urgent care
• Veterinary credential technician experience preferred but not required
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and proactive
• Strong analytical skills, reviewing budgets and financial statements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• CVPM desirable but not required
• Must live in or relocate to North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia
