At CyberArk, we're on a mission to help organizations stay ahead of evolving threats. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you'll lead regional demand generation, build strong GTM programs, and partner with sales, SDRs, and channel partners to build qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Director of Americas Field Marketing.
What you will do:
- Plan, design, and execute compelling marketing programs for revenue acceleration across digital, events, ABX, and channel co-marketing, aligned with target accounts' stages in the buyer's journey.
- Work closely with channel and business development teams to jointly go-to-market in your region.
- Identify, manage, and coordinate resources; measure the effectiveness of channel, CyberArk, and industry events in the Central region. Ensure timely shipment of event materials.
- Collaborate with SDR teams to target, engage, qualify, and follow-up on target accounts, MQLs, MQAs, and high-value leads.
- Partner with the AMS ABX lead on targeted, industry-focused programs to drive high ASPs and win rates at top accounts.
- Work with Global Solutions Marketers to tailor field activities and content for specific audiences.
Requirements:
- 17+ years combined marketing experience, primarily in field, partner, or channel marketing.
- 5+ years experience running marketing programs accountable to pipeline goals.
- Experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies.
- Professional B2B tech marketing experience leading demand generation programs (ideally in information security).
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase).
- Data-driven, with a passion for sharing accountability and urgency with sales on pipeline creation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Located in specific US states (Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc.).
- Ability to travel, averaging 20% of time.
Compensation: $108,000 - $150,000/year, plus commissions/discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and financial benefits.
