Job Details
Regional Partner Manager manages relationships with our Partner Ecosystem across the AMS region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture companies in the ServiceNow Partner ecosystem.
- Develop a strategy with partners to grow and mature their ServiceNow business and offerings.
- Drive new sales opportunities and growth.
- Qualify, develop, and execute new sales opportunities, manage ongoing revenue streams, and manage pipeline.
- Become a trusted advisor to Partners, understanding their roadmap and capabilities.
- Build Partner Practices through business plan development, account planning, and expectation management.
- Plan for partner success with achievement targets, capacity planning, and growth investment.
- Manage the ecosystem through readiness assessment, milestone achievement, roadmap sessions, and regular evaluations.
- Drive ecosystem governance through execution plans, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (e.g., Business Planning Guides, Enablement Journeys).
- Communicate partner programs' requirements and benefits, encouraging full adoption.
- Work with ServiceNow Partner Operations and Enablement.
- Develop partner business plans and roadmaps and conduct reviews.
- Travel approximately 10%.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of prior closing sales experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with service providers, system integrators, resellers, and independent software vendors.
- Proven skills in building GTM plans for channel and partner organizations.
- Ability to engage directly in the sales cycle and facilitate joint engagements.
- Diligence in measuring and communicating progress, identifying obstacles, and developing remediation plans.
Compensation:
Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Base pay based on location.
