Full-Time Regional Procurement Manager

The Regional Procurement Manager implements and enforces Global Supply Chain strategies, plans, and vision across a region and its sites.

Builds strong relationships with site and Group-level operations, Supply Chain management, and external suppliers.

Ensures local site Sourcing capabilities support local and global Category Management strategy, delivering cost improvements, managing risk, and improving Supplier Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

1. Applies global Strategic Sourcing processes across sites.
2. Manages key leaders in Supply Chain functions to execute and comply with Global Supply Chain strategy.
3. Effectively scopes, plans, and manages strategic sourcing projects aligning with regional and global targets.
4. Guides and supports site Procurement and Materials Management teams.
5. Supports and coordinates Global Sourcing opportunities aligned with Category Management strategy.
6. Considers Rotork Inventory Optimiser (RIO) guidelines in Sourcing Strategy.
7. Leads regional site savings reporting and reviews.
8. Ensures implementation plans deliver defined Supply Chain KPIs at local sites.
9. Updates global and regional leadership on Sourcing and tactical procurement plans, requesting support/escalation when needed.
10. Develops a local supply base supporting global needs.
11. Provides Supply Chain input to the global risk management process.
12. Ensures necessary price lists and trade agreements with local suppliers are in place.
13. Supports Long-Term Agreements negotiated by Category Management.
14. Supports Cost Engineering strategy (Design-to-Cost/Manufacturing, Should Cost).

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• 10+ years' Supply Chain experience in a similar industry (Valve manufacturing, oil & gas)
• Team management experience
• Global Sourcing and tactical Purchasing experience
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with a global matrix organizational structure
• Experience with manufacturing environment
