We're looking for a Regional Sales Director, West to lead a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives.
As the RSD, you will drive revenue growth, retain and attract new talent, and expand your customer base within your assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will be recognized as a sales leader.
We seek an entrepreneurial sales leader, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and mentoring your sales team
- Developing a pipeline to exceed revenue targets
- Directing sales activities (territories, quotas, goals)
- Guiding your team through a consultative sales approach
- Building and maintaining an annual sales plan
- Meeting with prospects and strategizing with reps for closing deals
- Preparing the team for QBRs and HBRs
- Developing long-term strategic relationships
- Strategically partnering with Marketing, SE, R&D, Customer Support, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years leading successful sales teams
- Minimum 8 years of successful direct sales experience
- Background in technical applications (OSS, visualization, APM, cloud)
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles (2-6 months)
- Comfort building relationships with C-Level executives
- Proven track record shaping strategic seven-figure deals
- MEDDPICC expertise
- Experience with ROI/cost modeling
Compensation: $380,000 - $420,000 (OTE) in the US. Actual compensation varies by experience and skills.
