Leadership Role: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies within the Commercial Distribution channel to drive profitable growth and increase market share by integrating MasterBrand Cabinets products with customer segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-year Distributor channel sales strategies and drive a culture of accountability.
- Drive new business and manage relationships with large homebuilders.
- Develop and execute policies and programs related to distributor selling operations, including daily management and sales pipeline activities.
- Ensure revenue and profit goals by directing the development and implementation of distributor sales plans.
- Develop relationships and operating practices to provide a competitive advantage for the distributor team.
- Oversee the integration of national account and channel objectives into a cohesive sales plan.
- Lead, build, and activate executive and senior-level relationships with distributor partners.
- Manage resource allocation to drive program and channel development, account growth, and achieve profit targets.
- Work cross-functionally to influence and align key company partners.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience, managing at the regional or national level.
- Well-rounded business acumen and strategic business planning skills.
- Successfully negotiated with senior leaders at key dealer/distributor customers.
- High integrity and ethical conduct, courage, and fortitude.
- Superior communication skills for connecting with people at all levels.
- Proven record of expanding sales and market share through innovative programs.
- Team building skills in demanding environments.
- Pragmatic and disciplined approach to crafting and implementing plans, creative problem solving, and priority setting skills.
- Financial acumen skills to determine short and long-term sustainable outcomes.
