We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale channel within our South Atlantic region. This role represents Therma-Tru, Larson, and Fypon brands.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Territory Managers
- Driving sales performance
- Executing strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong people leader with passion for coaching
- Experience managing at least $75M in annual sales
- Knowledge of 2-step distribution and pro-dealer channels
- Experience representing multiple products
Location & Travel:
- Remote schedule with 50% travel
- Territory covers: Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Maryland
Compensation:
- $105,000 - $150,000/year + bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate national sales strategies into regional plans
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers
- Drive regional sales growth
- Collaborate with National Account Managers
- Build & maintain relationships with customers
- Manage regional sales budget
- Monitor KPIs (revenue, profitability, market share)
- Serve as escalation point for issues
- Represent company at industry events
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years territory sales management
- 5+ years successful leadership
- Experience with Wholesale Distribution & Pro-Dealer Business
- Proven experience in strategically growing a sales territory
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales/Marketing
- Experience working with home centers and/or specialty dealers
- Experience in residential doors
