- Experience in business development within the HVAC industry is required
- Ability to identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned region to present the product solutions
- Experience educating customers on value proposition
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience developing sales strategies for specific markets
- Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
- Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineers
- Ability to manage a book of business of roughly $4.5-7.5 million in revenue annually
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with high level corporations
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred
