The Regional Sales Manager drives company revenue and growth. They lead sales engagements, solving customer's secure environment challenges with solutions for every stage of threat prevention.
Responsible for meeting quota by implementing strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. This role wins business and market share by displacing competing technologies.
Palo Alto Networks offers solutions enabling customers to build a zero-trust security architecture. New sales hires participate in FLIGHT, an immersive onboarding program with virtual and in-person learning.
Your Impact- Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles, working with internal partners.
- Initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
- Create and implement strategic account plans focused on enterprise-wide deployments.
- Position Palo Alto Networks effectively by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Engage a programmatic approach to demand generation and territory expansion.
- Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends.
- Travel as necessary within your territory.
- Experience with SaaS-based architectures in networking/security.
- Cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners.
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing new territories and accounts.
- Deep knowledge of the intelligence community.
