Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new distributors in the Southern territory, building relationships, and converting quotes to sales.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying new and existing distributors.
- Building relationships with distributors.
- Converting quotes to sales.
- Providing consultative partnership.
- Traveling 35-50% within assigned territory.
- Creating and presenting solutions.
- Driving internal solution development.
- Leading sales & marketing efforts.
- Training distributor sales & technical staff.
- Participating in trade shows.
- Assisting with forecasting & reporting.
Products: Conventional & automated racking solutions (atlas 1D, mobile racking, high-bay storage).
Customers: Leading distributors in the US & Canada, serving various industries (3PL, Food & Beverage, industrial storage).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years material handling sales experience.
- Experience establishing distributor networks (preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Hunter & farmer mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel 35-50%.
- Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
