A leading manufacturer of high-quality commercial building products is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
What You’ll Do:
- Expand the market by building and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and facility end-users.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting new business to closing deals.
- Provide product expertise and technical support to clients.
- Stay ahead of the competition by tracking market trends and project specifics.
- Conduct CEU lunch presentations for key A+D firms to enhance brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Building materials, window coverings, or construction preferred).
- Experience selling to the A+D community and navigating the commercial construction bidding process.
- Self-starter with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage a multi-state territory with frequent travel.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
