Full-Time Regional Sales Manager Digital Trust

Regional Sales Manager, Digital Trust generates revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach. They will cultivate new business opportunities and develop long-term business partnerships within the clients in the service and manufacturing industries.

Assess customer needs, create solutions based on the Business Assurance product portfolio, including industry recognized training and certification, ISO standards and other information security and Privacy complimentary schemes.

Achieves sales revenue goals in a defined sales territory within target sectors in the North America region.

Develops and implements agreed upon business/marketing plan.

Mentors sales and support teams for customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term overall account goals.

Develops a database maintained in the CRM system of qualified leads.

Sells and makes recommendations to prospects and clients on various solutions.

Generates proposals in compliance with Accreditation Body requirements.

Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses identifying prospect's business challenges.

Participates in and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients.

Maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans.

Includes the appropriate International Sales Manager (ISM) and/or International Account Manager (IAM) on opportunities meeting Global Key Account criteria.

Adopts safe behavior exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients.

Complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.

Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Mentors junior staff.
