Full-Time Regional Sales Manager Northeast

Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new distributors in the Northeastern territory, building relationships, and converting quotes into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and building relationships with new distributors.
• Converting quotes into sales by being a consultative partner.
• Managing complete sales activities (proposals, calculations, offers).
• Initiating business opportunities with new and existing distributors.
• Traveling 35-50% within the territory (and possibly to Europe for training).
• Creating and presenting solutions to customers, focusing on closing orders.
• Driving internal solution development, calculations, drawings.
• Leading sales & marketing efforts (geographically and product-specific).
• Training distributor sales and technical staff.
• Participating in local and corporate trade shows.
• Assisting with monthly and yearly forecasting/reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience in the material handling industry.
• Experience in establishing distributor networks (preferred, but not required).
• Technical aptitude, hunter/farmer mindset.
• Strong relationship building and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to communicate with clients at various levels.
• Early bird schedule.
