Regional Sales Manager (Pharma Testing Services)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives targeting Pharma Industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals in the Pharma industry.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target Pharma industries and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing Clientele, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food industry.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to senior management.
  • Manage a group of sales reps

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the Pharma testing business.
  • Partner and collaborate with industry stakeholders.
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
  • Evaluate and decide on new business opportunities and sales tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 06 years of sales experience in ISO 17025:2017 accredited Lab/s for Sales of Pharma Testing Services to the Pharma industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on experienceProficient in Computer Skills, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Pharma Testing Services to Pharma industry.
  • Strong Existing network of contacts within the Pharma industry.
