Full-Time Regional Sales Manager - Remote -US

Job Position: Regional Sales Manager

Reports to: BU LIFT TRUCKS REGION DIRECTOR - Americas

Candidate must live within 30 Minutes of Major US Airport

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all sales-related business activities of Konecranes Lift Trucks on your assigned region.
• You will establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential distributors and end customers.
• Use your market knowledge to secure short and long-term business opportunities.
• You will be responsible for business development, including preparing forecasts and managing sales and order reporting routines.
• You will also be active in implementing the Lift Trucks growth strategy for our Lift Trucks business and implementing action plans together with distributor network.
• You will prepare, train, and educate our distributors frontline regarding our product offering.
• You will represent Konecranes in trade shows and conferences.

Job Requirements:

• Highly motivated self-starter equipped with strong business acumen.
• Technical Sales knowledge
• Be able to work across a multitude of cultures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess demonstrable experience in customer management, a strong sales orientation, a proven track record of capturing new business or business segments and the capability to develop and implement sustainable business development and operational plans.
• Previous experience in the Lift Truck manufacturing business or similar industries are highly preferred.
• Availability to travel - Located in North America, with proximity to International Airport.
