Full-Time Regional Sales Manager - Remote -US

Job Position: Regional Sales Manager

Reports to: BU LIFT TRUCKS REGION DIRECTOR - Americas

Candidate must live within 30 Minutes of Major US Airport

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all sales-related activities of Konecranes Lift Trucks on assigned region.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential distributors and end customers.
• Secure short and long-term business opportunities using market knowledge.
• Develop business, prepare forecasts, manage sales and order reporting.
• Implement Lift Trucks growth strategy and action plans with distributor network.
• Prepare, train, and educate distributors on product offering.
• Represent Konecranes at trade shows and conferences.

Job Requirements:

• Highly motivated self-starter with strong business acumen.
• Technical sales knowledge.
• Ability to work across cultures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable experience in customer management, sales orientation, capturing new business/segments, and developing/implementing business development and operational plans.
• Previous experience in Lift Truck manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
• Availability to travel (North America, near international airport).
