Full-Time Regional Service Center Manager

Regional Service Center Manager Overview: Under the guidance of the Region Director of Operations, manages multiple 10-Day Service Centers in MO, MN, and IA. Ensures safety, compliance (including DOT regulations), and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains compliance with transportation safety and environmental standards.
• Ensures premier service to Service Accounts.
• Supports sales in new account implementation, service presentations, and inquiries.
• Communicates safety goals and ensures compliance.
• Monitors and analyzes transportation performance metrics.
• Collaborates with Sales and Customer Service for efficient goods transportation.
• Supports local managers with staff management (hiring, training, performance).
• Provides support in recruiting and hiring of field leadership and drivers.
• Provides technical support to field staff and managers.
• Manages the P&L of the service line.

Qualifications:

• Minimum four-year degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years experience in transportation, including software systems.
• 7-15 years proven leadership experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Completed 40-hour OSHA training.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• P&L statement analysis and EBITDA tracking skills.
• Understanding of DOT regulations.
