We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Strategy & Growth Manager for North America. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving global group growth and supporting strategic initiatives, M&A, and Venturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Strategy and M&A in North America with strategy development.
- Collaborate with the Group Strategy team on strategic initiatives (portfolio optimization, value creation, competitive positioning).
- Support the Chief Growth Officer with deal origination and scouting.
- Work closely with Group Functions and local countries to leverage market insights.
- Support the Head of Umdasch Group Venturing to identify trends, emerging technologies, and market disruptions.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (VC firms, PEs, startups, PropTech/ConTech).
- Identify and manage strategic growth opportunities (acquisitions, partnerships, investments).
- Monitor performance of new business opportunities and value creation.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in strategy, VC, PE, M&A, or related field.
- Deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry in North America.
- Proven networking abilities.
- Strong financial acumen (market research, competitive analysis, business modeling).
- Strategic thinking & translating insights to action.
- Expertise in managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant business experience.
