Full-Time Regional Vice President - Eurofins Built

Eurofins Built Environment Central Regional Vice President provides comprehensive management of all technical, business, and administrative activities for a portfolio of laboratories.

Responsibilities:

• Supports laboratory management and drives network optimization.
• Responsible for quality, performance, and profitability of assigned laboratories.
• Develops business and market strategy plans for margin and revenue growth.
• Manages labs according to business plans and analyzes financial performance.
• Conducts supervisory responsibilities, fosters staff performance, and monitors progress toward standardization objectives (KPIs).
• Mentors, coaches, and develops laboratory managers' skills.
• Communicates with employees about objectives, company direction, and expectations.
• Prepares annual capital and operating budgets.
• Facilitates local and company-wide initiatives for cooperation.
• Supports company policies and procedures.
• Meets with clients to evaluate lab performance.
• Develops systems to identify trends and concerns, performing cost-benefit analyses and corrective actions.
• Advises the Built Environment SVP and Eurofins Environment Testing USA Executive Management Team.
• Provides weekly/monthly reports to the Built Environment SVP.
• Establishes new business developments and additive growth.
• Assists laboratory management with operational issues.
• Conducts routine travel.
• Reviews audit findings and ensures corrective actions.
• Participates in corporate and group lab meetings.
• Upholds and enforces Company policies.
• Collaborates with Business Controller and HR Business Partner.
• Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Chemistry or Business, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years Environmental Laboratory management experience.
• Managed a $50 Million+ Revenue business with full P&L Responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years profit and loss responsibility.
• Lab Testing Operations experience, Project Management experience.
• Financial Management, Working knowledge of Chemistry and Business Finance.
• Managing multiple locations/departments, Excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills, Ability to develop and enforce policies.
• Strong decision-making abilities, Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Leadership skills and experiences, Team Building skills and experiences.
