Full-Time Regional Vice President - Eurofins Built

Eurofins Built Environment Central Regional Vice President provides comprehensive management of all technical, business, and administrative activities for a portfolio of laboratories in the Central Region of the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Support laboratory management at all business units.
• Responsible for overall quality, performance, and profitability of assigned laboratories.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives for network optimization.
• Generate margin and revenue growth.
• Manage labs according to business plan and analyze financial performance.
• Conduct supervisory responsibilities.
• Monitor progress toward standardization objectives and KPIs.
• Mentor and coach laboratory managers.
• Communicate with employees regarding objectives and expectations.
• Prepare annual budgets.
• Facilitate local and company-wide initiatives.
• Support company policies and procedures.
• Meet with clients regularly.
• Develop systems to identify trends and concerns.
• Actively pursue cost-benefit analyses and corrective actions.
• Advise Built Environment SVP and Executive Management Team.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports.
• Establish new business developments.
• Assist laboratory management with operational issues.
• Routine travel to lab/client locations.
• Review audit findings and ensure corrective actions.
• Participate in corporate and group meetings.
• Uphold company policies (Quality, Safety, SOPs, Ethics, Harassment).
• Collaborate with Business Controller and HR Business Partner.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Chemistry or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years Environmental Laboratory management experience.
• Managed a $50 Million+ Revenue business with full P&L Responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years profit and loss responsibility.
• Lab Testing Operations experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Profit and Loss responsibilities
