Exciting opportunity to lead a team of Inside Sales Managers managing a remote team of Welcome Advisors (WAs).
Welcome Advisors are inside sales representatives in a call center environment responsible for:
- Delivering initial consultations with families on senior care options.
- Referring senior living communities and homecare agencies.
- Providing high-quality details about family searches.
- Following up with sales teams.
This role requires:
- Analytical and sales skills
- Commitment to seamless consumer experience
- Cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising salesforce compensation, targets, and incentives
- Driving sales to achieve move-in goals
- Managing and leading teams to meet/exceed funnel metrics
- Leading and supporting Regional Manager Team
- Directing sales territory evolution
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance
- Ensuring sales reporting accuracy
- Recommending report revisions and developing new tools
- Building salesforce growth scenarios
- Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
- Managing customer complaints
- Managing customer relations (calls, webinars, meetings)
- Hiring, recruiting, training, and coaching
- Managing HR issues
- Implementing new systems, programs, and processes
- Collaborating with development team on new technology
- Collaborating with learning & development on training
- Quarterly overnight travel for divisional/organizational meetings; local travel to community customers
Requirements Include:
- Four-year college degree
- Senior leadership experience in a call center
- Understanding of call center metrics and KPIs
- 10+ years progressively responsible sales experience (B2C or SMB)
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent customer service, training, and inspiration skills
- Ability to work with multiple customers
- Clear action plan development
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills
- Flexible schedule (nights & weekends)
