AppZen is seeking a Regional VP of Sales to lead and scale enterprise B2B SaaS sales for AP Automation and Expense Management. This role drives revenue, manages a team of Enterprise Account Directors and Enterprise Account Executives, and builds strategic client relationships. The Regional VP will oversee a $50M+ book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Manage and expand a $50M+ book of business
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Directors and Enterprise Account Executives
- Maintain high renewal rates and maximize cross- and upsell opportunities
- Build and execute strategic revenue and territory plans
- Forge long-term client partnerships
- Lead QBRs, pipeline management, and deal strategy
- Analyze market trends and advise on strategic shifts
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales; 5+ years managing teams
- Expertise in SaaS finance solutions, ideally AP and Expense Management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong C-level communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Contract negotiation and forecasting experience
- Willingness to travel; Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
