Regional Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize regional revenue and market share. Identify and capture new market, sector, and partnership opportunities to expand business. Design long-term initiatives for new market entry and expansion. Lead and influence key industry player relationships for collaborative growth. Align and optimize channel strategies.
Business Development Teams: Manage and lead regional teams for seamless global strategy execution. Build and strengthen relationships with technology providers, distributors, and key partners. Oversee and optimize regional channels (distributors and resellers) for maximum profitability and market reach. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams for seamless initiative execution. Oversee and streamline global sales operations for high-quality customer engagement.
Compliance: Ensure all business operations comply with global regulations and partner agreements. Enforce strict adherence to Music Tribe’s internal policies. Identify and evaluate global partnership risks and implement mitigation strategies for continuity. Establish and ensure all channel partners adhere to contractual terms. Implement and update compliance policies as market and legal requirements evolve.
Professional Background: Minimum 7 years in business development, marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in managing regional sales teams, channel relationships, and business development initiatives. Expertise in developing and optimizing global channel strategies to drive revenue growth. Strong strategic thinking, operational, and team management skills.
