Full-Time Regulatory Specialist

• Conducts comprehensive research to grow subject matter expertise and remain current on key regulatory changes.
• Supports the establishment of market best practices to ensure content is yielding the best results for Assent customers.
• Provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders to inform and support compliance efforts and goals.
• Reviews and optimizes process workflows to ensure cohesion between our product’s behavior, regulatory policies, and our customer’s program needs.
• Supports Customer Success teams in the optimization of their programs and customer queries.
• Develops and presents internal trainings and educational sessions for all teams.
• Creates samples and case studies for prospective customers.
• Manages the development and ongoing updates of reporting templates.
• Supports the engagement of market stakeholders to gather feedback and synthesizes insights into actionable steps.
• Participates in industry events and conferences as needed.
• Conducts gap assessments of Assent’s solutions to existing standards and key regulations.
• Provides updates to internal tools when risk evaluation is applicable.
