Full-Time Regulatory Specialist- Product Compliance (French/Italian/German)

• Conducts comprehensive research on key regulatory changes, market and industry dynamics.
• Supports the establishment of market best practices.
• Provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders to inform and support compliance efforts.
• Reviews and optimizes process workflows.
• Supports Customer Success teams in the optimization of their programs and customer queries.
• Develops and presents internal trainings and educational sessions.
• Creates samples and case studies for prospective customers.
• Manages the development and ongoing updates of reporting templates.
• Supports the engagement of market stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Participates in industry events and conferences as needed.
• Conducts gap assessments of Assent’s solutions to existing standards.
• Provides updates to internal tools when risk evaluation is applicable.

• 5+ years of practical experience related to product regulatory compliance.
• Relevant post-secondary degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Environmental Law, or similar.
• Comprehensive understanding of product regulations and standards.
• Solid understanding of compliance market dynamics and manufacturing practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance platforms is desirable.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Superb collaboration and influencing skills.
• Willingness to operate in a revenue-driven environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset.
• English language proficiency and native speaker fluency in German, French or Italian.
