Job Details

Tea Forté, a global luxury tea brand, is hiring a remote Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow distribution of tea products in high-end/luxury retailers.
  • Work with international & national hotel/restaurant chains (25+ locations).
  • Develop cross-functional strategies for luxury consumers and retailers.
  • Expand new distributors (broadliner, specialty, luxury).
  • Develop beverage programs with national accounts, independents & luxury retailers.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budget.
  • Develop new revenue streams through innovative solutions.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing feedback.
  • Work closely with marketing to establish channel and partner programs.
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Develop strong client relationships and protect brand presence.
  • Evaluate product marketability and account profitability.
  • Ensure cohesive brand DNA for sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales/sales management experience.
  • Strong experience in luxury retail and/or hospitality.
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L development).
  • Experience calling on F&B buyers (hot/cold beverages, gourmet food).
  • Robust network of luxury/retail and/or national hotel/restaurant accounts.
  • Experience with industry tradeshows (e.g., National Restaurant Association, Fancy Food).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a business.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and motivated.
  • Travel (25-40% nationally).
