Full-Time Resell Partner Manager

ServiceNow is a pioneering digital workflow company. We are seeking a Resell Partner Manager to join our Global Partnerships & Channels team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute reseller channel sales strategy to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners.
• Manage sales incentive programs.
• Work with reseller partners and ServiceNow Partner Manager (if applicable) on sales plans and strategies.
• Ensure reseller partners have necessary training, resources, and support.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional activities.
• Provide updates on product developments, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Align reseller activities with ServiceNow sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze reseller sales performance.
• Serve as liaison between ServiceNow and reseller partners.
• Maintain onsite presence at partner site (weekly or as agreed).

Requirements:

• Experience in leveraging AI or integrating AI into processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in channel sales management, focusing on reseller partnerships.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, digital workflows, and competitive landscape.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to create detailed sales plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
