We seek a rockstar Partner Manager for our Global Partnerships & Channels team, a crucial growth engine. Partners are essential for expanding ServiceNow’s reach and market share. As a Reseller Partner Manager, your goal is to develop and strengthen our reseller channel ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a robust sales background focused on building and nurturing reseller partnerships in the technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute reseller channel sales strategy for increased revenue and market penetration.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners, while nurturing existing ones.
- Manage sales incentive programs to drive reseller partner performance.
- Collaborate with reseller partners and Partner Managers (if applicable) to develop effective sales plans and strategies for ServiceNow solutions.
- Equip reseller partners with training, resources, and support for successful sales and implementation.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute reseller channel promotional programs.
- Provide regular updates on product developments, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Align reseller activities with ServiceNow’s sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze reseller sales performance, providing guidance and support.
- Serve as the primary liaison between ServiceNow and reseller partners, ensuring a strong partnership.
- Maintain onsite presence at partner sites weekly or as agreed upon.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales management, focusing on reseller partnerships within the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of cloud services, digital workflow solutions, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals and building profitable partnerships.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, influencing partners at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute detailed sales plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
