Full-Time Retail Area Manager Germany & Switzerland

Reporting to our North of Europe Zone Director and collaborating with commercial, accounting, administrative, and HR departments, you are responsible for crafting the company's commercial strategy in Germany and Switzerland.

Ensure compliance with legal and mandatory regulations for all point of sales.

Interact with Store Managers on organization, management, and coordination of teams, along with administrative and commercial aspects.

Sales & Profitability: Execute commercial strategies to maximize store profitability in your area. Establish sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed objectives, analyzing sales KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.

Customer Experience: Deliver personalized service aligned with group standards and local market needs, alongside Store Managers. Train teams to understand customer needs for exceptional customer experiences.

People Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers. Ensure team motivation, training, coaching, action plans, and HR support.

Operations Control: Connect point of sale with HQ to ensure smooth processes for stock, transfers, commercial actions, visuals, etc. Supervise POS opening and closing for efficient operations.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Motivational leader with expertise in team support and training.
• Passion for fashion and market understanding.
• Established experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Ability to ensure smooth daily operations and commercial objectives.
• Strong decision-making skills in line with company guidelines.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in German and English. Good French is an asset.
