The Senior Manager of Retail Go to Market (GTM) EMEA role involves collaborating with ServiceNow's sales teams and core functions to adapt retail solutions for the EMEA retail market. This role focuses on developing strategic opportunities with strategic retail clients, engaging with senior stakeholders, and enhancing messaging with an industry-specific perspective. The ideal candidate should possess industry expertise, strategic thinking, and objectivity, serving as the key market Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure retail and local relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key Requirements:
- Customer-Focused Pipeline Development: Educate leaders about ServiceNow through industry events and business reviews.
- Sales-Oriented Pipeline Progression: Infuse industry expertise into account strategy and build relationships with buying center executives.
- Partner Development & Execution: Lead priorities with top partners to support industry leadership.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: Analyze global retail business trends and use data to drive results.
- Industry Strategy & Team Leadership Development: Develop sector/geo strategy and align with stakeholders.
- 12+ years of sales & sales management experience
- Strong knowledge in the payments space
- Proven pipeline management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience producing thought leadership content
