Retention Sales Manager - dedicated to providing sales leadership for maximizing renewal opportunities and ensuring high customer retention rates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IMAGINiT Senior Sales Leadership to train, motivate, and assist sales teams with strategies and process improvements for best-in-class renewal rates.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for staffing requirements, contact database management, and call flow management to support retention rates.
- Provide direct management and ongoing development to the retention team and retention sales leadership.
- Contribute to sales methodologies, enforce repeatable practices with measurable metrics, and forecast monthly and quarterly renewals.
- Monitor performance, access quality of work, and provide recognition/disciplinary actions based on individual goal attainment.
- Provide indirect management/support to sales across other IMAGINiT divisions.
- Deliver ongoing coaching to support exceptional performance and retention rates.
- Develop and maintain a team culture focused on performance, professionalism, and phenomenal customer experience.
- Participate in marketing and sales efforts related to renewals and client retention.
- Act as an interface with Autodesk partners for incremental gains.
- Enforce sales compliance with consistent methodologies.
- Develop relationships internally, with customers, and technology suppliers.
- Bring leading-edge technology to improve sales effectiveness.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, meeting/exceeding quotas.
- SaaS Sales or Sales management experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, organizational/time management, decision-making, and leadership.
- Background in telesales or call center selling B2B (technology sales preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office products.
- Experience growing a sales region.
- Customer success/team selling experience a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree.
