Role: As Revenue Operations Lead, lead and manage key areas of the company's Revenue function (strategy, planning, analysis, operations, and systems management). Partner with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in revenue planning, goal-setting, and analytical framework.
- ARR forecasting, pipeline analysis, TAM analysis, sales territory allocation, and GTM performance reporting.
- Implement and manage GTM technology stack.
- Own data quality and movement across revenue systems.
- Optimize sales compensation plan.
- Administer sales commissions, prepare reporting, address inquiries/adjustments.
- Administer payments, update/maintain sales compensation plan templates.
- Enhance deal desk workflows, enable efficient pricing and quote generation/tracking.
- Scale quote-to-cash process.
- Partner with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.).
Requirements:
- Intangibles: Attention to detail, self-starter, data-driven mindset, clear communication style, positive attitude
- 7+ years experience in a revenue-driving role, 2+ years in enterprise SaaS
- Owning a GTM tech stack including Salesforce (Salesforce Admin/Advanced Admin certifications a plus)
- Salesloft and Apollo experience a plus
- Financial Services and/or Fraud Prevention experience a major plus
Salary Range: $140,000/year - $180,000/year
