The Role Inspira Education is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with marketing, sales, and student success teams to enhance global effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops teams to optimize operational excellence.
- Define and implement sales, marketing, and student success processes.
- Understand operational needs and enhance workflows.
- Educate teams on process changes and system updates.
- Find simple and scalable process solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot CRM.
- Lead attribution infrastructure (UTM, Google Analytics, Ad platforms).
- Integrate platforms (GTM, GA4, HubSpot) and 3rd party tools.
- Document operation processes.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for data-driven decision making.
- Drive process improvement.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Operations.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Strong HubSpot CRM knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to results and empathy.
