Full-Time Revenue Operations Manager

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager who will support team leadership in building, maintaining, and iterating on a comprehensive end-to-end sales management process to improve business efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimizing sales and operational efficiency through continuous process improvement.
• Align and transform data from external sources to match internal structures and naming conventions, ensuring seamless reconciliation.
• Maintain process workflows and deliver valuable and timely reporting to all levels of sales leadership.
• Develop and implement data-driven tools and systems to drive operational execution and improve revenue performance (e.g., dashboards, reports, analytics platforms to monitor KPIs).
• Support sales teams with planning and operational tasks.
• Monitor sales pipeline and analyze data related to sales performance.
• Develop reports utilizing database reporting tools, standardizing input and output fields across databases.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Strategic Finance, Billing, and other cross-functional teams.
