What awaits you with us
- Develop and implement funnel processes, definitions, and metrics that provide clarity and efficiency across the revenue team, ensuring consistent and transparent use of HubSpot and other tools.
- Ensure the availability of accurate, timely data to inform decision-making, bring visibility to key performance metrics, and identify what’s working and what isn’t.
- Lead the management and optimization of our sales, marketing, and customer success processes within HubSpot, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to all teams.
- Standardize and maintain clear processes, definitions, and guidelines, so that everyone across the organization has full visibility on workflows and knows exactly where to find information, supporting operational alignment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving transparency and visibility around key metrics and processes, ensuring that teams can easily access and understand the data they need to improve performance.
- Proactively monitor and refine processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence, providing training and documentation on best practices, and fostering a culture of clarity and transparency across all teams.
- Manage and monitor the territory/segmentation, and lead the optimization of compensation management and performance reporting, ensuring that all processes are clearly understood and easily accessible.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, finance, or information systems, with 3-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- Expert in HubSpot, with hands-on experience building, optimizing, and refining workflows, data pipelines, and reporting to ensure the right data drives the right actions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to not only gather data but turn it into actionable insights that create clarity, enhance performance, and drive efficiency.
- Strategic mindset and driven by results, continually seeking out ways to improve efficiency metrics and directly impact the business’ bottom line.
- Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to work across teams and influence decision-making, while ensuring visibility and understanding of key processes.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with additional tools like Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar reporting and analytics tools (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, with German being a plus.
