Job Details
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Revenue Operations Manager to lead our revenue operations strategy for the Individual Doctors segment (B2C2B). This role will oversee the entire revenue lifecycle across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and growth across each stage of the customer journey. You will play a key role in unlocking scalable growth by enabling data-driven decisions, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring seamless execution across go-to-market functions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy for the Individual Doctors segment;
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to design, execute, and optimize lead-to-revenue processes;
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and growth drivers;
- Lead systems and tooling enhancements (CRM, marketing automation, customer platforms) to enable scalability and visibility;
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives to solve them;
- Create lead scoring, routing, and segmentation logic to improve acquisition efficiency;
- Design playbooks and workflows to drive adoption and retention across the funnel;
- Ensure governance, data hygiene, and operational rigor across revenue platforms
