We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS Partner Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role will focus on building and managing relationships with SaaS platforms to integrate and promote our payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of the payments industry, and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
- Identify and Develop Partnerships: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with SaaS platforms to integrate our payment solutions into their software.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets through partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the payments industry.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with SaaS platform partners to ensure mutual success and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful integration and promotion of payment solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with SaaS platform partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, including sales metrics, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to SaaS platform partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and integrate our payment solutions.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments industry or a related technology sector.
Skills: Strong understanding of the payments industry and the SaaS platform ecosystem. Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD + uncapped commission. Fully remote within the contiguous 48 United States. May require up to 50% travel.
