Strategic Leadership Role: Responsible for developing the Strategic Analytics and Insights team's Customer Experience and User Experience (CX/UX) business globally, acting as a Brand Manager to drive profitable revenue growth, representing VOC, and creating awareness of your portfolio internally and externally.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the global Consumer & Insights Practice lead.
Core Responsibilities (Profitable Revenue Growth):
- Own global portfolio revenue and cost OP, driving long-term profitable growth.
- Understand portfolio profitability and improve Practice profit profile via product mix.
- Craft client engagement plans alongside global Account Directors for selected HQ target clients.
- Serve as senior leader on Global RFI/RFP engagements (working across SA&I and NIQ for a unified response).
- Involve in proposal development and E2E sales process for top clients.
- Build Practice/Product's Go-to-Market plan, partnering with global GTM, sales enablement, product marketing, regional SMEs, and training teams.
- Own global Practice/Product sales SME communities.
- Explore alternative use cases for existing product capabilities.
- Adapt Practice sales framework to new vertical needs.
- Collaborate to create standard SOW documentation.
Voice of Client:
- Partner with Product Leadership to give input for product development.
- Prioritize using Business Cases with quantified revenue potential.
- Collaborate with Client Advisory Boards and Internal Advisory Board.
- Collaborate on rate cards reflecting pricing strategy.
- Partner to build a Charter Client program.
- Evaluate potential partners.
Brand Management:
- Articulate Practice offerings and unique value proposition.
- Create Practice sales linked to use cases.
- Build buyer persona profiles and objection handling playbook.
- Generate buyer persona database.
- Create playbook for client case studies.
- Drive sales strategy in partnership with product marketing and regional sales leaders.
- Maintain Practice product/technical knowledge.
- Support Regional Bootcamps.
- Serve as corporate expert.
- Seek speaking opportunities.
- Maintain an active LinkedIn presence.

- Meet monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
