Sales Account Executive – Agribusiness (Crop Insurance - Agency Root)
Position Summary Ever.Ag Agribusiness is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and skilled communicator to join our expanding sales organization. You will balance your skill in nurturing relationships with the ability to pick up the phone to call on those you haven’t met yet. The closing a sale resonates with you and is something that motivates you to keep the leads flowing and moving through the process seamlessly.
In this key role, the Sales Account Executive will become an Ever.Ag Agribusiness aficionado with deeply developed knowledge and understanding of our tools, services, and the value they bring to our customers.
Increase Ever.Ag’s presence and profitability within the mid-sized business segment by:
- Exceeding projected revenue goals
- Landing new logo customers for Ever.Ag Agribusiness offerings - AgencyRoot
- Identifying potential cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Working with delivery and customer success to ensure high customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Ever.Ag’s product and services
- Become a proficient presenter of Ever.Ag’s solution
- Develop clear and powerful articulations of the value of each solution
- Build relationships with new and targeted accounts
- Become a trusted advisor
- Become an expert in identifying challenges our prospective customers face
- Responsible for outbound lead generation activities
- Develop a pipeline of quality business opportunities
- Successfully secure new signed business and achieve sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a complex outside sales environment
- Direct experience with C-Suite selling
- Previous experience in a quota-driven sales environment
- Experience working with a CRM (SFDC)
