Full-Time Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Syvota, Greece. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, SEO, and website content
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Develop and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, forecasting future performance and ROI
• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines in all marketing and sales activities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office suite, and digital marketing tools
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing and SEO
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

Other: Fluency in Greek and English is a plus.
