About the Role We seek self-starting talent to manage the SDR team and play a player/coach role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers in senior living and assisted living.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and execute event lead generation strategy maximizing pre and post-event communications.
- Prospect and engage healthcare decision-makers before, during, and after events.
- Develop compelling messaging for event and sales initiatives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to convert event-driven leads.
- Build and lead an SDR team focusing on pipeline generation.
- Define and implement best practices for SDR outreach and lead conversion.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship for SDRs.
- Track, measure, and optimize event and SDR performance.
About You
- 5+ years in event marketing, sales development, or related role.
- Experience hiring, training, and managing SDRs or event-driven sales teams.
- Proven track record of leveraging events for high-quality pipeline generation.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS environment is a plus.
