Xplor Mariana Tek is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to build and coach a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to consistently meet performance goals.
- Oversee pipeline generation.
- Provide hands-on training to the Sales team.
- Implement data-driven performance metrics and monitor pipeline health.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to align on messaging.
- Drive hiring efforts across SDR roles.
- Foster career development and growth pathways toward Account Executive roles.
- Leverage consistent training methodologies, including call coaching and role-plays.
- Maintain and enforce CRM best practices.
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity.
Experience:
3+ years in SaaS sales leadership or SDR management. Proven track record in coaching SDRs to improve performance. Prior experience as an SDR or Account Executive is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft) and sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting tactics and pipeline generation.
