About the role:
Unbounce is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Customer Relationship Management software, Insightly CRM to join our Sales team. This role is integral to our inbound and outbound selling efforts, focusing on both cold calling and email outreach to create and follow up on warm leads across diverse industries including Agencies, Ecommerce, and SaaS. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating a strong pipeline of opportunities that will contribute to the company's growth. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Sales Development.
What you'll be doing:
- Follow up in a timely manner with all Inbound leads assigned to you daily.
- Qualify these leads based on the framework provided, and schedule meetings with the Sales team.
- Initiate outbound prospecting efforts by conducting a high volume of cold calls and emails per day to qualify key leads and uncover potential opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless alignment in prospecting efforts.
- Create awareness, generate interest, and schedule product demonstrations to showcase our CRM solution offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territory/segment, identifying unique solutions to engage prospects and create leads.
- Stay adaptable in an evolving sales environment, staying attuned to industry trends and providing feedback on outbound strategies.
- Demonstrate a business problems mindset, effectively linking our CRM solutions to the challenges faced by potential customers.
- Leverage sales tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Insightly CRM, 6sense, Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize prospecting efforts.
- Consistently meet weekly qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
- Document all sales activities meticulously in CRM and Outreach/Salesloft to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the achievement of overall team goals.
A little about you:
- A proven track record in sales with a minimum of 18 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in outbound selling within diverse industries including Agencies, Ecommerce, and SaaS.
- Strong cold calling and email outreach skills, with a demonstrated ability to efficiently reach out to prospects using both methods.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate the Insightly CRM value proposition effectively.
- Business acumen to understand and convey the business value that Unbounce’s CRM brings to potential customers.
- Curiosity-driven and adept at uncovering business initiatives and challenges that prospects are facing.
- Results-oriented mindset with persistence and a drive to achieve goals.
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset, willing to embrace new tactics and strategies.
- Familiarity with sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools.
- Experience in the SaaS Tech industry
- Bonus: Personal experience with Unbounce or Insightly CRM products, enhancing confidence in representing the brand.
