Full-Time Sales Director

About the Role: Later is a growth-stage scale-up seeking a motivated and enthusiastic problem-solver for a Sales Director role. This role will enable brands and agencies to utilize Later's all-in-one influencer marketing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and pain points and offer solutions using Later's products and services.
• Position Later's software and influencer marketing value proposition to enterprise brands.
• Demonstrate Later's platform to prospects and create proposals.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to team development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Services, and Customer Success to enhance the customer experience.
• Bring new ideas and innovative solutions to advance the sales team and company.
• Design and deliver prospect proposals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or affiliate marketing (preferred).
• Experience building a sales pipeline and closing business.
• Experience leading customers through the purchase process.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Self-starter with independence.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, and collaborative.

Compensation:

• $250,000 OTE (base + commission).
