Full-Time Sales Director

We are building a high-performing sales team. Team members are expected to exceed individual quotas and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate profitable revenue for the company.
2. Sell professional services, including advisory services, digital marketing, marketplace solutions, and more.
3. Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and lead the sales process, including qualification and call planning.
4. Develop strong partner/channel relationships.
5. Collaborate with internal teams.
6. Support marketing efforts and create go-to-market strategies.
7. Achieve or exceed sales quota.
8. Coordinate sales effort with internal teams.
9. Track sales and status reports.
10. Adhere to sales processes and document progress in CRM.
11. Keep abreast of industry best practices.
12. Continuously improve through coaching and self-feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong selling, communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with eCommerce or Marketplace platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Mirakl).
• Knowledge of related technologies (e.g., PIM, CPQ, CMS).
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience launching sales initiatives.
• Knowledge of B2B eCommerce trends.
